Winter is upon us and sometimes its handy to have some ideas to get moving and keep warm! Here we share 3 simple games for Forest School.

Forest School is learner-led and aims to facilitate play, so the majority of the time we would be following the learners interests, rather than doing set activities. However I’ve found it useful to keep games like this up my sleeve in case learners get cold and we need to warm up and/or there is a need to be active and get some energy out!

To fit within the learner-led ethos of Forest School, I always offer the game as a choice, so learners are free to opt in or to continue with other things happening that session.
